About Us

We aren’t a “VA Agency” – humans aren’t virtual just because they are remote. Rather than commoditizing human ingenuity, MGO treats every job as a real remote role and every applicants as a real human with unique skills.

 Unlike many companies that hide their margins, driving down retention, MGO takes a very modest and transparent recurring fee that is usually between 10-20%. Both parties are fully aware of this.

Unlike other firms that make selection decisions for you or drag out interviews over weeks, MGO streamlines the process by booking 5-10 candidates in a single 5-hour block. This way, you can interview multiple options quickly and make the right decision for your business without delays.

Your Team Member is 100% your “staff member” in terms of the day to day functionality of your relationship. You will work directly with them on a daily basis, and assign and manage their work as you would any employee.

How It Works

4 hour interview block

You give us your job description (but we can work off of a post it note in most cases).

You interview 5-10 candidates that are curated (and pre-screened) for your job description. This cuts the time for the hiring process drastically. Rates are pre-negotiated by the time of the interview.

onboarding

Once you know who you want to hire (ideally within 5 business days), we set an onboarding date.

Paperwork is signed on both ends, an invoice prorated to the onboarding date (payments are ACH only) we get you both onto a team’s meeting and then you can hand off whatever resources you want him to have.
